About me
With over 20 years experience in the mental health field, I aim to provide growth focused, trauma informed therapy to each client I meet.
Counseling has been my passion -- it's been an honor to hold the confidence of so many people. With each person having such unique experiences and stories, each day is a surprise. I provide client centered therapy -- letting each client develop the direction of sessions. I bring a focus to the physical experience of emotions in sessions. It's an often overlooked part of how we experience each day and our body is often giving us a lot added information to our understanding of interactions with others and our experience of ourself.
