I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California and Texas with over 10 years of experience working in clinical practice. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse.
My warm and interactive therapy style emphasizes respect, sensitivity, and compassion, avoiding stigmatizing labels. I help clients clarify their situation and take practical steps. We collaborate on short, achievable plans and employ simple techniques like quick behavior experiments and focused conversations when helpful. My conversational, practical, and respectful approach allows individuals to take ownership of their lives and decide what to try next.
