About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My work focuses on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, with particular expertise in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals. I'm experienced in addressing social anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, mood disorders, and obsessive-compulsive patterns.
Beyond these areas, I work with clients on isolation and loneliness, life purpose and meaning, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and sexuality. I also support people managing chronic pain and illness, workplace stress, financial concerns, caregiver responsibilities, seasonal affective disorder, dissociation, autism spectrum experiences, and men's issues.
I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, grounded in authenticity and respect. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through what brought you here.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
