About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping preteens, teens, and adults heal from trauma through compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. By utilizing proven therapeutic approaches in a safe and supportive environment, I work collaboratively with clients to process challenging experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change. My goal is to help you move beyond mere survival so you can experience greater peace, confidence, and hope for the future.
Healing from trauma and life's challenges can be a daunting journey, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, and rediscover hope. My mission is to cultivate a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where preteens, teens, and adults feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
I focus on helping individuals overcome trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that stem from difficult relationships and life experiences. Together, we will explore your unique story and create a customized treatment plan that not only targets your symptoms but also addresses the deeper experiences contributing to your distress. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and designed to meet your specific needs and aspirations.
To provide comprehensive trauma treatment, I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Recognizing that trauma affects both the mind and body, I incorporate somatic body-based interventions throughout the treatment process. This helps regulate your nervous system, enhance body awareness, and strengthen the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. By addressing the whole person, we can achieve deeper healing that goes beyond mere symptom relief.
Whether you’re dealing with childhood trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, or the aftermath of overwhelming life events, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, regain confidence, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. I consider it a true privilege to support each client on their healing journey and am dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers you to not only recover from the past but also thrive in your future.
