About me
I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of traumatic experiences. Many times, the challenges we face can shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. Over time, we may begin to believe that we are not good enough, that we are to blame for what happened, or that things will never get better.
My approach is to help you explore and challenge those beliefs in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we can work toward understanding where these thoughts come from, developing healthier ways of viewing yourself, and finding practical strategies to move forward.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you've experienced, and begin creating meaningful change. I believe that your past experiences are part of your story, but they do not have to define your future.
