About me
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Treatment Professional, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges with resilience and purpose. My work is rooted in the belief that every person possesses the capacity for healing, growth, and change when supported in the right environment.
With over 15 years of experience, I have supported clients facing a wide range of issues—from anxiety and depression to trauma and severe mental illness.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Treatment Professional, I offer a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered.
I tailor each session to the individual, using an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Therapies, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, trauma, emotional distress, or major life changes, I’ll work with you to develop confidence, uncover strengths, and create meaningful forward movement in your life.
With experience addressing a wide range of psychological concerns—from mood disorders to severe mental illness—I help individuals build resilience and regain a sense of personal strength. My goal is to support you in achieving yours.
