About me
I work with adolescents, adults, college students, and athletes experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and performance-related issues.
Choosing to begin therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right fit matters. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I work with adolescents, adults, college students, and athletes experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and performance-related issues. I also support individuals facing more complex concerns, including suicidal thoughts, self-harm, psychosis, attachment difficulties, and challenging emotional or interpersonal experiences.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to you. Together, we can explore challenges, identify goals, and build practical tools for growth and healing. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to meet every client with compassion, respect, and curiosity, honoring their unique experience
I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for individuals of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space
