Hello, my name is Merit Nwosu. I'm a trained and experienced Board Certified Psychiatric Mental health NP. I specialize in diagnosing and treating children, adolescents and adults. My areas of focus include: Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Sleep disturbances, Eating disorders, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia.
In addition to medication management, we incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our philosophy goes beyond medication alone—we take a holistic approach to mental health that includes the thoughtful use of supplements, vitamins, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.
