About me
Specialized, Compassionate Care for Eating Disorders, Trauma & Relationships — Because You Don't Have to Heal Your Relationship with your Body, Your Past, or Your Relationships Alone
I'm a trauma-informed therapist specializing in eating disorders and couples work, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My work sits at the intersection of the deeply personal and the relational — because how we feel in our bodies and how we show up in our relationships are rarely separate stories.
For individuals, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care for eating disorders and the trauma that so often underlies them. I believe that recovery isn't about willpower or compliance — it's about understanding the deeper needs your relationship with food and your body has been trying to meet, and building a life where those needs can be met in other ways.
For couples, I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners move out of painful cycles and back toward genuine connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, betrayal, or life transitions, I believe that most relationships have more resilience than they appear to in their hardest moments.
Across all of my work, I aim to be a collaborative, non-judgmental presence — someone who meets you where you are, respects your pace, and holds hope for you even on the days when it's hard to hold it for yourself.
