I'm an experienced counselor who is dedicated to helping adults work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life stressors.

I consider myself to be a partner in the wellness journey of the individuals that I work with, and I’d love to have the opportunity to be a part of yours!

I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, and stressors like transitions and relational stress. By integrating multiple theoretical modalities, I honor the unique set of experiences and needs that you bring to tailor an approach that will work for you. I commonly use elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and skill building. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am passionate about bringing in elements of trauma-informed care to help you better understand yourself, your behaviors, and your trauma responses.

No matter the needs of the individuals I serve, I always strive to create a safe, comfortable, and collaborative environment. Whether you’re working through some changes or need to heal from complex trauma, I’m here to show up for you however you need.
