About me
I help individuals and couples heal from the impact of trauma, understand their emotional and relational patterns, and build safer, more secure connections within themselves and their relationships. My work is rooted in emotional awareness, attachment, and culturally sensitive care, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow, reconnect, and move toward lasting healing.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and the lasting impact of trauma. I believe our struggles make sense when we understand the experiences and patterns behind them, and therapy can be a powerful space to begin healing. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment — where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve support along the way.
