About me
You may be carrying anxiety, stress, or painful experiences from the past while trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life. I help you work through what’s weighing on you so you can feel more grounded, confident, and at peace.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, trauma, or difficult experiences from the past. You may be successful in many areas of your life while still feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward.
I have more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field and work with adults who are ready to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand what they’re experiencing, develop healthier ways of coping, and work through experiences that continue to affect their lives.
For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling and can thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.
My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can be yourself, work at a pace that feels right for you, and develop the tools and insight needed to move forward with greater peace and confidence.
