Melissa is compassionate with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from emotional wounds and trauma. With a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Nelson University, she is currently undergoing training in Transformational Schema Therapy, equipping her to support clients dealing with complex trauma. Melissa’s personal experience with loss, having been widowed, and healing informs her empathetic approach, particularly in her work with individuals and couples navigating grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges. In her practice, she provides a safe, supportive space for teens, adults, and couples, offering both professional and Christian counseling to those who seek it.
