About me
Hi, I'm Melissa. Have you experienced the loss of someone you love, the end of a relationship shaped by narcissistic abuse, or are you caring for someone who is nearing the end of life? When grief, loss, or end-of-life concerns enter our lives, it can be difficult to find space to process what we're experiencing.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide virtual therapy for adults 18 and over throughout Louisiana. My practice focuses on supporting individuals navigating grief in its many forms, including experiences that can leave us feeling especially uncertain, overwhelmed, or isolated.
I believe grief isn't something you "move on" from. Instead, therapy can help you move forward while carrying the loss with you, finding ways to honor what you've experienced while creating space for healing, growth, and a meaningful life. Whether you're grieving the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, the loss of a sense of safety, or the person you believed someone was, your grief is valid.
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. You don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to offer compassionate support as you process your experiences, heal from what you've been through, and begin creating a life that feels like your own again.
Together, we can work through difficult emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, rebuild trust in yourself, and explore what it means to move forward in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
