I specialize in eating disorder treatment and trauma‑based modalities, including advanced training in RRP (Relationship Recovery Process) group interventions for complex and childhood trauma developed by Amanda Curtin and Patrick Teahan.

In my sessions, I integrate person‑centered, somatic, and trauma‑informed approaches to remain flexible and responsive.

My path to this work began early, shaped by personal experiences with trauma and disordered eating.

That history led me to study psychology and earn my master’s in community counseling. I trained at The Meadows in Wickenburg, Arizona, later serving as a primary therapist and receiving extensive training in Pia Mellody’s Model of Developmental Immaturity. I’ve since supported individuals and families facing addictive and compulsive behaviors and specialized in eating disorder outpatient treatment at A New Beginning in Scottsdale, AZ. After moving to Flagstaff, I opened a private practice focused on complex trauma and eating disorder recovery.

I believe eating disorders are often deeply misunderstood. In my view, many unhealed conditions and relational struggles are rooted in complex and early childhood trauma. True healing requires looking beyond symptoms and understanding the hidden story beneath them. I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit—creating space to explore, process, and ultimately reclaim all parts of ourselves.
