I am a clinically licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience. I work with adults and couples across Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado. I am passionate about helping individuals create the life they want to live and supporting couples in building the relationships they truly desire.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. I am a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provider and have extensive experience working within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the RSA (Rational Self Analysis) framework. I am also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Provider and bring this perspective into my work with individuals and couples navigating issues around intimacy, connection, and sexual wellness.

In sessions, I draw on the principles of emotional intelligence to help clients increase self-awareness, manage emotions, and strengthen interpersonal effectiveness. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can happen at your pace and in alignment with your values.
