I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade and a half of experience assisting individuals who took a big step towards wellness by doing just what you are doing today and looking for a counselor who you can trust. My approach in addressing these challenges centers around my belief that each and every individual has their own strengths and wisdom that they bring to counseling. My job is to help those I work with access those skills and utilize them to reach their goals. I may be an expert in mental health, but you are the expert on you!
