About me
I am a trauma-informed therapist passionate about helping children, parents, teachers, and families build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and find practical strategies to navigate life's challenges.
Everyday life can be a lot. Kids with big emotions and defiant behaviors, teens who’ve gone radio silent, and parents just trying to make sure everyone stays alive—while secretly craving the kind of relationships we see on TV (well, mostly… some of those shows make us feel pretty good about our level of chaos). You’re doing your best, but it still feels like you’re stuck in the same loops of frustration, guilt, and late-night Google searches that end with “...is this normal?”
I work with kids (ages 2+), families, and teachers (because let’s be honest, kids spend a lot of time with you too!) who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through each day. My sessions are down-to-earth, focused on realistic strategies, and sprinkled with a little humor. I’m not here to change everything about you—I’m here to build on the strengths you already have and just haven’t learned to use intentionally yet.
I specialize in working with children and the challenges that often show up early on—ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, attachment issues, and more. I love using creative strategies like music, movies, books, art, and games to help things click. I’m trained in using play strategies in therapy and use it across ages (in ways that fit each person’s style and comfort).
My goal is to help you and your family understand what’s happening beneath the surface, build tools that work in real life, and find a sense of peace—even in the middle of the everyday chaos.
