About me
Hi, I’m Melissa Chavez, LCPC , a bilingual therapist and founder of EUNOIA Integrative Counseling. I specialize in working with women, teens, and professionals navigating anxiety, ADHD, hormonal shifts (like PCOS or PMDD), and major life transitions.
With a certification in integrative mental health, I take a whole-person approach to therapy that honors both mind and body. Together, we’ll explore practical tools like CBT and mindfulness alongside deeper work around identity, culture, relationships, and inner healing.
Whether you’re coping with burnout, grief, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels aligned and empowered.
I work with clients ages 10 and up in a collaborative space rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and a touch of humor. Healing doesn’t have to be perfect, just honest.
I’m Melissa Chavez (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the founder of EUNOIA Integrative Counseling. I’m a first-generation Mexican-American therapist who understands the weight of high expectations, cultural pressure, and trying to hold it all together.
I support teens and adults who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or just not like themselves lately. Many of my clients are navigating major life shifts, chronic stress, or burnout, and are finally ready to put themselves first. Whether you’re a student, a caretaker, a professional, or somewhere in between, I offer a space where you don’t have to carry it alone.
I bring a calm, collaborative, and honest presence to therapy, no toxic positivity or surface-level fixes. With training in integrative mental health, I help clients explore not only their emotional world, but also how physical health, identity, relationships, and culture all play a role in feeling whole.
I offer virtual therapy in English and Spanish for clients ages 10 and up. Outside of sessions, I’m usually hanging out with my pets, watching true crime documentaries, or spending time with family. Therapy with me is steady, supportive, and rooted in helping you feel more like you again.
