Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience. I provide individual counseling services to adults in Florida, Virginia and Indiana through video sessions. I offer weekday, evening and weekend availability. My primary areas of focus include grief, life transitions and anxiety.

Should you choose to explore counseling with me further I'd like you to know what that might look like. Throughout the collaborative counseling process, we will together create a clear shared purpose for our time together, identifying your internal strengths and resources while exploring tools to build upon these strengths.

Depending on your needs, we will then use Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief specific and/or Short-Term/Solution Focused approaches to develop incremental steps towards your goals and create meaningful change in your life.

I believe at its best, counseling allows us to understand and make use of our life experiences to better ourselves, our families and our communities. It is an act of bravery to look inward with another person with the intent of creating change that I am incredibly grateful to be a part of. I look forward to working with you.
