About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in mental health treatment for adults navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. My clinical experience includes work in addiction, severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and ADHD. I approach therapy with the understanding that healing is not linear and that each person’s story, strengths, and struggles are unique. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining deeply relational, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
