About me

As an LMFT-Associate and LPC-Associate, I am dedicated to providing empathetic and evidence-based mental health support. Currently, I am advancing my expertise as a Synergistic Play Therapist and am in my second year of doctoral studies in marriage and family therapy, with an expected graduation in June 2026. My approach is rooted in Narrative psychotherapy, with a personal and child-centered focus, and a relational and systemic conceptualization.

I utilize a diverse set of therapeutic techniques, including attachment theory, the Gottman method (level 2 trained), EMDR, interpersonal neurobiology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I specialize in addressing relational issues, supporting neurodiverse individuals (with a special emphasis on ADHD), and guiding clients through life transitions. My firsthand experience as a military family member (my husband is a combat veteran who retired in 2021) uniquely equips me to understand and support the complexities of military family life.

As a Christian counselor with a multicultural perspective, I have extensive experience working with marginalized groups, including those related to neurodiversity, race, nationality, sexual identity/orientation, women’s issues, and men’s issues. I work with children and adolescents aged 8 and up, families, and individual adults.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and holistic, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and empowered. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship dynamics, or seeking growth and healing, I am committed to supporting you on your journey to mental wellness and fulfillment.
