About me
I have 16 years of experience helping pre-teens, adolescents and adults find their way forward.
Seeing and taking next steps isn't always easy or clear. Whether you are facing struggles in the present, pain from your past, difficulties in relationships, emotions that feel like too much to hold, or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, I'd love to walk with you as you find or rediscover paths to be a more healthy and full version of yourself. My name is Missy Gray, and I am a LPC-S who works with preteens, teenagers and adults.
I have been in private practice for 16 years, and am always working to expand and improve what I bring to our partnership. I work most frequently with people struggling with chronic illness, autism or ADHD, anxiety and OCD, stress and burnout, and complex trauma. I also journey with people who are just trying to navigate hard life situations and grief.
I believe there is no greater honor than being invited to see a person deeply and partner with them as they make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe you will find me to be a compassionate and non-judgmental presence that you can connect and move forward with. I would love the opportunity to walk through this time with you, so please reach out!
