About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist, LCSW. My passion and dedication is to walk with adults in a professional and safe setting through all relationships, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, addiction, and trauma including all matters of this thing we call 'human condition' .
I work with adults in all areas of relationships, including your relationship with your self (the most important for inner peace and all of other relationships in your life). In my practice I walk along side a person on their journey to their natural , authentic self. I use humanistic and holistic approaches along with CBT, mindfulness, art therapy and supportive psychotherapy. I believe in a client centered approach, meeting a person right where they are on any specific day. I am a mother, was a single mother, now a step mother, a grandmother, a lover of nature and art and I am a survivor of this 'human condition'.
