My goal is to help you discover how to support yourself more effectively by building inner resources, a sense of mastery, autonomy, and self-awareness. You can expect a therapist who is continually learning new evidence-based approaches and thoughtfully integrating them into our work together. Sessions will blend practical problem-solving with meaningful self-exploration, giving you tools you can use in everyday life.

I am dually licensed as a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ & PA, with experience working in different healthcare systems. I have worked across the United States with diverse clinical populations. I strive to cultivate a culturally competent, safe, accepting atmosphere for clients- such as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized sociocultural populations (ex: BIPOC, diverse body types, low socioeconomic status, etc). As a part of my training within two masters level programs (Music Therapy as well as Clinical Mental Health Counseling), I have developed a clinical passion for helping people in recovery from complex trauma- such as those with attachment disorders, eating disorders, substance use issues, and more.
