About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, helping them build resilience and find their way forward.
My approach is grounded in understanding the complexity of human experience. I specialize in supporting clients through family dynamics, relationship communication, grief from divorce and separation, and the unique challenges that arise in blended families. I also have deep expertise in trauma recovery, including sexual assault, domestic violence, and post-traumatic stress.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting women through life transitions—including pregnancy, childbirth, fertility concerns, and navigating women's issues. I also work with military personnel, veterans, first responders, and those balancing workplace challenges alongside personal growth.
My work centers on helping you reconnect with self-love, explore your life's purpose, and move through guilt and shame with compassion. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique identity and experiences, and creating space for authentic healing.
I'm committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that recognizes the intersections of your identity and lived experience. My goal is to walk alongside you with genuine support and respect as you move toward greater peace and purpose.
