About me
I am a trauma therapist with specialized training in the treatment of PTSD, and CPTSD. I am dedicated to helping people who have experienced trauma find a path forward toward healing.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in curiosity and compassion, creating space for clients to show up as they are without pressure or judgment. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and integrate somatic and relational approaches to help clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one rooted in authenticity, trust, and the belief that meaningful healing happens in connection. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches into my treatment planning- including, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and a Psychodynamic framework.
