I chose to become a therapist because I understand the feeling of having nowhere to go to feel accepted and understood. It can be so challenging to face life's struggles all alone. It's normal to feel stuck...lost...and alone, with no sense of direction or purpose in this world. There is HOPE. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist in the state of Texas. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, depression and anxiety, and significant life changes. I have significant experience working with individuals struggling with identity, self-esteem, and difficulty regulating their emotions.

I currently provide both in-person and easy access Telehealth art and talk therapy services Monday-Thursday. Going to therapy is made easier for you!
