About me
I'm a therapist with five years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, as well as those facing relationship difficulties, life transitions, and identity concerns.
My approach is grounded in helping you build self-compassion, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies. I specialize in working with children and adults and am experienced in supporting people through trauma, grief, family conflict, and significant life changes. Whether you're struggling with isolation, self-worth, panic, or navigating major decisions like divorce or relationship shifts, I'm here to help you find clarity and healing.
The therapeutic modalities that I use are English speaking and primarily include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), reality/choice therapy, humanistic, person centered, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction approaches.
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your sense of purpose, building meaningful relationships, and moving toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater peace and wholeness.
