With over three decades of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My therapeutic approach centers on compassionate, holistic care for adults navigating life's most challenging transitions and emotional experiences.
I offer expertise in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and interpersonal dynamics. My practice focuses on empowering clients to develop resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and heal from past wounds. I'm am comfortable working with individuals across the life span; I am particularly skilled in working with individuals experiencing significant life changes.
My therapeutic work encompasses a wide range of concerns, including social anxiety, loss, grief, workplace stress, family conflicts, chronic health challenges, and emotional healing from difficult experiences. I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world, develop healthy coping strategies, and rediscover their inherent strength and worth.
