I am Psychotherapist rooted in the lens of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My passion lies in helping folks unburden and heal from trauma and it's consequences.
Therapy with me isn’t just talking about what’s happening. We slow things down, take a breath and work directly with the parts of you that are caught in unhelpful patterns—so change isn’t just something you understand intellectually, but something you actually feel and experience. The ease and peace you find will last. We help your system process what hasn’t been fully integrated so your past stops shaping your present. I am trained in and draw from effective modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Committment Therapy with special care given to somatic release. This work helps you gain:
