I am an experienced clinician who provides compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively with individuals and families to build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
