About me

Helping you heal from trauma, build secure connections and strengthen the relationships that matter

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Montana, I help adults, parents, children, and veterans heal from trauma and navigate life's most challenging transitions. Whether you're struggling with the effects of childhood trauma, narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships, sexual trauma, or perinatal mental health concerns, you don't have to face it alone.
My specialties include healing from childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma, PTSD, and perinatal mental health, including infertility, pregnancy loss, infant loss, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition to parenthood. I also work closely with veterans as they navigate trauma, identity shifts, and the challenges of civilian life.
My approach is attachment-based, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe healing happens through safe, trusting relationships where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. Trauma often shapes how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Together, we'll work to strengthen your sense of safety, build secure connections, and develop the tools needed to create lasting change.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My clinical experience also includes working as an addiction counselor with adolescents and adults in residential and outpatient settings.
As both a military veteran and a parent, I bring professional expertise alongside lived experience. My travels and work with individuals from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds have strengthened my ability to provide culturally responsive, individualized care.
For parents, including biological, adoptive, and foster families. I provide support in understanding children's behaviors, strengthening attachment, and addressing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, sleep concerns, and behavioral difficulties. Together, we'll build practical parenting strategies, realistic developmental expectations, and greater confidence for both you and your child.
My work begins by meeting you where you are. I see you as a whole person not just a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms. Together, we'll explore how past experiences continue to influence your present, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult experiences with honesty and support. My role isn't to "fix" you but to walk alongside you as you heal. I offer empathy, accountability, and practical tools to help you move beyond survival, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels meaningful, connected, and authentic.
