About me
I am a licensed therapist with over 16 years experience. I am dedicated to helping people work through depression, anxiety, cope with loss, grief and learn to sit with their emotions. I have also worked with couples who are trying to navigate the difficulties that come with marriage and even just working through a steady commitment and communication issues.
I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2009. In that time I have had the pleasure of working with adults and teenagers in various settings all with their own unique personalities. I have experience using Solution focused therapy, Narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, Structural Family therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety issues and working with people with trauma. I strongly believe that working together, and with the right support people can achieve their goals.
