About me
My name is Meghan and I welcome you as you are! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over seven years of clinical experience helping adults navigate difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, trauma, and addiction. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and person-centered therapy.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with over seven years of experience treating clients who are dealing with mental health disorders, substance abuse, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, chronic pain, childhood trauma, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. My goal is to provide a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental space to support and empower individuals to overcome life’s challenges.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. My experience includes private practice and working in dual diagnosis treatment for mental health and substance use.
My integrative approach weaves together evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy to address the needs of your mind, body, and spirit.
I view counseling as a deeply personal journey that we will travel together.
I strive to meet my clients where they are and use the appropriate tools available for each person. My goal is to provide a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental space to support and empower individuals to overcome life’s challenges.
Taking that first step toward a more fulfilling, balanced life takes courage—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to guide and empower you through each phase of your journey.
