About me
As a dedicated mental health clinician, I am passionate about providing comprehensive care for individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and depression, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
I am a passionate mental health clinician who values the healing power of nature and the outdoors. I incorporate this appreciation into my practice, using nature as a form of self-care and encouraging clients to explore the benefits of outdoor activities. In addition to my professional work, I cherish spending quality time with my family, which further enriches my understanding of relationships and well-being. I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment in therapy, promoting personal growth and connection to oneself and the world around us.
My approach uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address unproductive thinking, helping individuals explore how their thoughts affect their emotions and actions. I strive to create a safe, trusting space where clients feel empowered to be their authentic selves, using mindfulness and EMDR to foster healing, emotional balance, and personal growth.
