About me
I provide culturally responsive therapy services for navigating mental and emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, with specializations in ADHD, and grief. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, the practice supports holistic mental wellness in a warm and affirming environment.
I am Megan Middleton, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and worked as a Music teacher for elementary school and Chorus teacher for middle school for almost a decade.
I use what I've learned as an educator to reach my clientele in relatable ways. I am passionate about providing a great counseling experience and utilizes multiple counseling modalities to ensure session efficacy and client growth. I enjoy music, crafting, traveling, and spending time with my loved ones. I'm a fur mom, an avid reader, and plant lover.
