About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of multi‑system experience, specializing in trauma, family systems, and the environmental factors that shape well‑being, and I help clients build sustainable, empowered change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and rooted in evidence‑based practices. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and naturally paced, so I stay engaged, attuned, and responsive to what each client is ready for. My style is warm, grounded, and straightforward, with an emphasis on clear communication and supportive partnership.
I value curiosity and authenticity, and I work to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself—free from judgment, pressure, or expectation. I integrate mindfulness, dialectical‑behavioral, and cognitive‑behavioral strategies to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful, sustainable change.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. We’ll explore what feels most important to you, what you hope will shift, and what support looks like for you right now. I create a calm, grounded environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify a few initial goals and begin building a sense of direction and connection that will guide our work moving forward.
