About me

I’m a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults work through life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and find confidence in their own ability to grow and heal.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and I’m passionate about walking alongside teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe that each person already has what it takes to create meaningful change, but sometimes it just takes the right support to uncover that strength. My role is to help you reconnect with your own abilities, build confidence, and develop the self-efficacy to move toward the life you want.

I strive to meet you wherever you are in your journey by providing a warm, down-to-earth approach. My hope is for you to experience a space where you can be yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll work on building insight and developing tools that empower you to move forward with confidence.

I offer individual, family, and group counseling for teens, young adults, and adults. Sessions are available in person, virtually, or through walk-and-talk therapy for those who find movement and nature grounding.

I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and addictions counseling, and I provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative care.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make changes in your life or recovery, I’d be honored to help you take that next step!
