About me

Welcome! I am a California‑based therapist who works with adults, older adults, and families to navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more through telehealth to increase access to much needed mental health care.

Individual Therapy: Individual support for adults in a warm, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and more to make impactful change in your life. Drawing from theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and Motivational Interviewing, I tailor each session and treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the individual.

Family Therapy: Family support for adults to help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges within the family system. I value a safe, respectful space where each member feels heard and supported. Utilizing a Structural Family Therapy approach, I work to compassionately identify and prompt to rework unhelpful patterns.

I am passionate about working with adults and older adults and leading my practice through my ethics as a clinical social worker, my personal values, and the idea of growth. I am queer, neurodivergent, kink, ENM, and sex-positive allied. I believe strongly in the power of connection, empathy, and encouragement to help people make meaningful changes in their lives, centering these values in each relationship with my clients. Clients have shared they appreciate my honest, direct but fair, humorous, relational, and compassionate approach to be comforting and supports change in their life. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and pets, indoor gardening, and reading.
