I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) who works primarily with women, children, and adolescents. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life challenges through a compassionate, person-centered approach tailored to their pace and needs.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where each client feels heard, understood, and respected.
I provide both in-person and Telehealth services.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward healing.
