I specialize in working with women and couples navigating pre-conception, fertility issues, miscarriage, abortion, pregnancy, birth trauma, NICU stays, postpartum, and the entire parenting spectrum. I also work with any individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and the challenges of life transitions and adulthood.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I have 15 years of post-masters experience working primarily with pregnant, postpartum and parenting women and couples throughout the perinatal and parenthood spectrum. I offer safe, compassionate, validating, and solution-focused support.
The maternal and parenting phases are challenging, but this is also the perfect time for support.
