About me
I am a registered associate marriage and family therapist. I have a passion for assisting people in their journeys, meeting them where they are at, and working alongside them to strengthen their best qualities. I value bringing warmth, empathy, and compassion into each session. I tailor my treatment approach to fit my client’s identified needs and goals. I utilize modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, strengths based, holistic, play therapy, trauma focused play therapy, and person centered.
I have 7+ years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families with a variety of struggles, such as post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, defiance, oppositional, sadness, grief and loss, and generalized stress. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent populations, including autism spectrum and ADHD, and LGBTQIA clients. I consciously work to provide culturally competent treatment to ensure that I am respecting various ethnicities and cultures. I am available to work with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families.
I’m proud of you for taking this first step towards change. I understand and know it can be difficult. I would love to be part of your journey and personal growth. Please feel free to call or email me. I look forward to hearing from you.
