I am an experience counselor who is dedicated to helping adults and children cope with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship turmoil, trauma, and child behavior challenges.
Hablo Espanol! Now working with children age 3 and over with behavior concerns, in person office visits in Aztec NM. I also work with adults via telehealth or in person as well. I am a dedicated and empathetic Counselor with over 5 years of clinical experience, specializing in helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, and family concerns. Facing challenges like anxiety, depression, or life transitions, seeking both validation and practical tools for change to regain control over their emotional wellbeing and build healthier relationships. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a humanistic perspective, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients. Every individual has the strength within to overcome life's challenges, and I am committed to empowering my clients by providing them the tools and insights needed for personal growth and meaningful change.
