About me
Meagan is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides compassionate, client-centered care to adults facing life’s challenges. She enjoys working with trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, caregiver stress, chronic or terminal illness, and adjustment to daily stressors. Meagan believes that no issue is ever “too big” or “too small” to seek support.
Meagan believes in creating a warm and collaborative space where clients can feel understood. Her specialties include CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as person-centered and strengths-based therapy. She draws on these approaches to create a customized experience for each client.
Meagan is passionate about helping clients develop coping skills, set boundaries, strengthen self-advocacy, and heal from the impact of trauma on both mind and body. She believes therapy can empower individuals to move forward with greater confidence and balance in their lives.
