About me
I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. My work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is grounded in the understanding that people are deeply shaped by their relationships, life experiences, and the systems around them. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. I view each client as the expert on their own life and collaborate with them to identify goals, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth.
In therapy, I focus not only on symptom relief but also on deeper understanding and long-term change. I aim to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, develop emotional awareness, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them. My goal is to support clients in building lives that feel more balanced, connected, and authentic.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply wanting to grow, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Grace, integrity, and you lead the way. Forward, WE go.
