About me
I’m a bilingual therapist who understands the challenges that family, cultural, and societal expectations can create, and the emotional burden they may carry. These pressures can leave you feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.
You may feel like you’re constantly trying to stay on top of everything, trying to be “the strong one,” and pretending everything is okay and under control. Yet internally, you may feel stuck, lost, or like a failure despite how hard you try. You may feel unsure about who you are, who you want to be, or what you truly want out of life.
Deep down, you simply want to feel happy and at peace with yourself, but that can feel impossible right now. It doesn’t have to stay that way. You deserve happiness, fulfillment, and a life that feels authentic to you. I want to help you find the peace, clarity, and emotional connection you need to feel more satisfied with yourself and your life.
In a world that moves so quickly, it can be difficult to find time to slow down, reflect, and simply breathe. I value the importance of having a safe space where you can explore, process, and validate your emotions without judgment.
My goal is to provide a supportive and nurturing therapeutic relationship where we can better understand how your past and present experiences may be influencing the way you respond, cope, and view yourself and your life. Together, we will explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your relationships, decisions, and overall well-being.
Through a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive environment, we will build on your strengths while working toward healing past hurts and creating meaningful change.
I am passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a space where clients feel accepted, respected, and valued for their identity, beliefs, and unique life experiences.
I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth. Si hablas español, me encantaría acompañarte en tu proceso y ayudarte en tu camino hacia el cambio.
