About me
I am an LCSW who uses a strenghts based, client centered, solution focused approach to help people to become a better version of themselves. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and feel it my greatest honor to support people in creating the life they want to live.
I grew up in Middle Tennessee and went to The University of Tennessee Knoxville. I am married with 3 great kids ranging from middle school to graduate school. We moved to the Evansville / Henderson area 2 and a 1/2 years ago for my husband's job and we absolutely love it here! I am a Humanistic therapist and I believe everyone has the capacity to become a better version of themselves if they desire to. I love what I do and I am thrilled to be a part of people's lives during times of change and to support them through it. I am a very interactive therapist that uses an integrative approach to help people to first identify what they would like to be different in their lives, and then help them to institute changes to begin to move in that direction. I am thoughtfully direct and strive to provide kind but honest feedback to clients.
I often implement the Enneagram in my work and consistently institute ACT, CBT, and Positive Psychology informed methods. I am also trained in EMDR and grief work. I am happy to set up a free 15 minute consultation call to answer any questions you might have as you consider providers. Feel free to email me to schedule.
