I practice from a NeuroPsychoanalytic framework, integrating neuroscience and psychoanalysis to address anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation. With over 18 years of experience as a mental health counselor in private practice, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting transformation through a deeply informed and integrative approach to therapy.
