About me
My clients often describe themselves as thoughtful, insightful, and driven, but internally, they may feel disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, struggling in your relationships, recovering from past trauma, or navigating a life transition, I offer a collaborative space where healing and growth are possible.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology. I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, identity challenges, and emotional overwhelm with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based support.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported. While therapy can involve deep emotional work, it also includes building insight, developing coping skills, and identifying practical steps toward meaningful change.
In addition to my clinical training, my work is informed by my own lived experiences, which give me a deeper understanding of the complexities people carry, whether related to identity, trauma, grief, or life transitions. I strive to hold space in a way that is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming of each person's unique background and story. These experiences help me meet clients with empathy, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to their growth and healing.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your needs, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, psychodynamic insight work, and trauma-informed care. Our work together may include increasing self-awareness, exploring emotional patterns, or building skills to manage anxiety, depression, or relational challenges. Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I welcome your feedback at every step.
